A juice cleanse enables a fast from processed and cooked foods with the inclusion of nutrient rich cold pressed juice. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and individuals using prescription medication should not cleanse.
We encourage colonics and gentle massage. If you are exercising, try a gentle walk, light yoga or pool walking. Stay connected to how you feel and don’t over do any exercise as your body may be operating under slightly different circumstances.
