Perhaps the number one reason why you SHOULDN’T do a juice cleanse…
We are so passionate about our juices and your health that we think its important to let you know when NOT to do a juice cleanse and how to do it the right way.
Weightloss…. Yes, you’ll most likely lose weight but if this is your sole motivation, a juice cleanse is probably not for you. Instead, think of a juice cleanse as an opportunity to re-evaluate your eating habits, retrain your taste buds and rid your diet of highly processed foods. Our moto is DRINK SLOW. Savour the moment, be mindful of what you’re putting into your body and reap the benefits.
A juice cleanse is not a fad or a temporary fix. It’s a kick starter to creating healthy eating and lifestyle habits. Regular juice cleansing is also about consuming large quantities of vitamins, minerals antioxidants and anti-inflammatories.
Cheers to healthful juicing <3
As some of you may have already seen on socials, in the wee hours of February 10 2017 a fire raged through our beloved little Juicist HQ. Sadly, we lost the entire contents of our office and there was major damage to our kitchen, supplies, produce and even our rad trailer. Since then we have been busy making sure we can continue to produce your favourite juice exactly like we did before. And thanks to all our amazing customers, friends and colleagues we've received tonnes of love and support. Our rad friends at NOOD have even come to the rescue and allowed us to share their kitchen premises so our juice is well and truly still flowing.
So what now? Luckily we are insured, however it may be a while before compensation comes through and even then we expect there to be some shortfall as we try to piece together everything we lost.
We'll be doing a call out shortly for you to jump on board our Kickstarter campaign and help us rebuild and continue to provide great quality organic juice to the rad peeps of Perth. Looking forward to the future, new beginnings and bigger and better things. You guys rock!
The Juicist FRESH produce is about delivering the best of seasonal produce from our farmers to you. we believe that everyone can afford to bring organic produce into their homes. by eliminating the middle man and focusing on seasonality and abundance, we are creating a sustainable supply chain that supports farmers and allows us to provide REAL produce that is ripe, rich and fresh.
Seasonal fresh produce boxes are now available in two sizes. Small ($50) and Large ($80) and delivered all across our delivery perimeter in Perth. All produce is certified organic and traceable to the awesome farmers who grow it.
Hoorah for organics!
Hello there, thanks for stopping by through the festive season.
Please note that our events and home deliveries are closed from the 23rd of December to the 3rd of January. The first orders of the new year will be delivered on the 4th of January.
Through this time our stockists will be keeping things flowing.
Additional stockists North and South;
Big thanks and gratitude for everyone's support through 2015 and looking forward to bringing Perth lots of juice, cleanses and fruit and veg box home deliveries (that's right - fresh produce available in January) in the New Year.
Just a quick update to our online store -
Jeez Perth sure knows how to hold on to that amazing weather. Sure we have had some wild wind and rainy days in the last few week but it always amazes me how good Perth looks this time of year. The air is clean, the sun keeps on beaming and the beaches look so damn good almost all the time.
I am writing about this today because I have time. Not because I love the cold weather or because Perth isn't particularly beautiful all year round, but because we are the end of our border line insanity creating events season. With that, we won't be dragging our trailer in to every single music festival, farmers market, expo and community events we hear about. Rather, we will be living life a little more, enjoying the world on the weekends and perhaps pouring a little more of these good vibes into our juice.
The events will always role on though and if you would like to catch our trailer or pop-ups take a look at out Facebook and Instagram feeds. We will post all happening to Facebook and in the near future have some opening with the trailer at Leighton Beach on Sundays and Leederville Farmers Market commencing soon as well South Fremantle markets every now and then. We are also taking a break from Palmyra Farmers Market on Sundays.
Know of any other events you would like to see us at? Drop us a line. We would love to hear from you.
Hope you all enjoy the world with new eyes as the cooling weather can create some pretty sweet sites.
We have had a few emails and calls asking wether or not we will be reopening our pop up in the CBD.
Unfortunately our time in Globe Lane at 140 Perth has come to an end. At least for now.
Such a huge thanks to everyone who came in for a chin wag and a drop of juice. We had a ball and will certainly be doing more work in the CBD soon.
Good morning Margaret River!
I am sitting here in the chill of the morning working on this new website while all the family and event crew are still catching some Z's. Today is Gourmet Escape and although the website isn't quite completed to juicy standards, I am hoping it is coherent and functional enough to satisfy your needs.
If we happen to have missed a pricing or included something radical that isn't meant to be there, please do let us know.
We're of to soak up some South West goodness. Back to computers after the weekend.
If anyone is in the area and needs tickets. Drop us a line!
